These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and participation in any program offered by Shameer’s Heavenly Home Foundation (“SHHF”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this site or submitting an application for assistance, you agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. 🎗 Purpose of the Foundation

SHHF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing funeral and burial assistance for minor children, as well as offering grief support and community resources for families in need.

2. 📌 Eligibility for Assistance

To qualify for financial support through the Children’s Funeral Expense Program, applicants must:

Be a legal parent or guardian of a deceased minor child
Submit a completed application and required documentation
Provide a valid copy of the death certificate
Consent to the verification process and direct funding to an approved funeral provider

All funding decisions are made at SHHF’s sole discretion and are contingent upon available resources.

3. 📷 Use of Image and Likeness

By submitting an application, you may voluntarily grant SHHF permission to use the deceased minor’s image or likeness (e.g., photos, tribute content) for memorial, awareness, and fundraising purposes. Consent must be given explicitly by checking the appropriate box during the application process.

You may revoke this permission by contacting SHHF in writing.

4. 🌐 Website Use

Visitors agree not to misuse the SHHF website. This includes:

Uploading harmful content or code
Attempting to access restricted areas or data
Sharing misleading or false information

Content on this site is for informational and nonprofit use only.
